This website is operated by BarePace. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to BarePace. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and all policies referenced on this site.
ONLINE STORE TERMS
You must be of legal age in your place of residence, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to use this store. You may not use our products or services for any unlawful purpose.
PRODUCTS AND PRICING
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colors, prices and availability accurately. Product colors may vary by screen. We may update prices, promotions or availability at any time. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel orders, or correct errors. If an order is affected, we will contact you using the details supplied at checkout.
ORDERS AND PAYMENT
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing, shipping and contact information. Orders are accepted only after payment authorization. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation requests must be submitted within 6 hours after the order is placed. Contact support@barepace.com as soon as possible and include your order number. After 6 hours, processing may already have started and cancellation cannot be guaranteed. If the order has shipped, the Refunds & Returns Policy applies.
SHIPPING AND OPTIONAL SHIPPING PROTECTION
Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier or customs delays. Optional shipping protection may be offered at checkout and is not required to complete a purchase. If you decline shipping protection, loss, theft or damage in transit may not be covered by that optional protection service. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Refunds & Returns Policy. Please review it before purchasing.
PROHIBITED USES
You may not misuse the site, interfere with its security or operation, transmit malicious code, infringe intellectual-property rights, collect others’ personal information without authorization, or use the Services for unlawful, abusive or fraudulent activity.
