Payment Policy

This Payment Policy explains how payments, charges, and refunds are handled when you shop with BarePace.

Accepted payment methods

The payment methods available for your order are displayed at checkout and may vary by country, device, and eligibility. These may include major credit or debit cards and accelerated payment options such as Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.

Currency and charges

Prices and the final order total are shown at checkout. If your bank or payment provider converts the transaction into another currency, it may apply its own exchange rate or fees. BarePace does not control those charges.

Payment authorization

By submitting an order, you authorize BarePace and its payment providers to charge the selected payment method for the order total. An order is not confirmed until payment is successfully authorized. Orders may be reviewed or cancelled if payment cannot be verified or if fraud screening identifies unusual activity.

Payment security

Payments are processed through Shopify and supported payment providers using encrypted checkout technology. BarePace does not store your full payment card number.

Taxes, duties, and import charges

Applicable taxes shown at checkout are added to your order total. Any duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges not collected at checkout remain the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise.

Declined or failed payments

If a payment is declined, please confirm your billing details, available funds, and bank authorization, or try another payment method. Your order may not be reserved until payment succeeds.

Cancellations

You may request cancellation within 6 hours of placing your order. Cancellation is not guaranteed once processing or fulfillment has begun. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@barepace.com and include your order number.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method in accordance with our Refund Policy. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider after the refund is submitted.

Installments and buy-now-pay-later services

If an installment or buy-now-pay-later option is offered at checkout, the service is provided under the payment provider's own eligibility rules and terms. Questions about installment schedules, late fees, or provider account issues should be directed to that provider.
